Role & responsibilities
- Manage overall OT operations for ophthalmic surgeries (Phaco, SICS, Retina, Glaucoma).
- Ensure sterilization, infection control, NABH compliance, and safety standards.
- Supervise OT staff and monitor scheduling, case flow, and OT utilization.
- Maintain surgical inventory, instruments, IOLs, and consumables.
- Ensure proper documentation, BMW management, and quality monitoring.
- Oversee safe administration and documentation of ophthalmic anesthesia including peribulbar/retrobulbar block.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / OT Technician/ Healthcare Management.
- Minimum 8-10years experience in OT management, preferably in an eye hospital only
