Role Overview
The role owns end-to-end financial, operational and strategic performance of domestic dialysis center network.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complete P&L performance of the domestic dialysis center portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth, cost optimization and EBITDA improvement.
- Lead day-to-day operations across the dialysis network.
- Drive operational excellence and governance frameworks.
- Support commissioning and stabilization of new centers.
- Ensure quality, compliance and clinical governance.
- Drive adoption of RenalOS and analytics-driven management.
- Lead stakeholder management and cross-functional execution.
- Build and develop high-performing operations teams.
- New Centre stabilization
Key Performance Indicators - Revenue and EBITDA performance
- Center profitability
- Occupancy and machine utilization
- Sessions per machine
- Patient satisfaction/NPS
- Audit compliance
- Technology adoption
Qualifications
- MBA or MHA from a reputed institution is mandatory.
- Specialization in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Operations, Strategy, or Finance preferred.
- Additional certifications in healthcare operations, quality, project management, or operational excellence are advantageous.
Experience - 8–15 years of healthcare operations or hospital administration experience.
- Prior experience in dialysis services, renal care networks, or nephrology-focused organizations strongly preferred.
- Experience managing multi-center P&L and geographically distributed operations.
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations and leading cross-functional teams.
