We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Analyst. The role involves collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support business planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Track and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analysis.
- Conduct market, operational, or financial analysis as required.
- Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics,
- Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an analytical role (freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with reporting tools and data visualization platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
