Key Responsibilities
- Hands on technical experience in medical equipment, Preferably Dialysis machine
- Handle Installation & commissioning of machines independently
- Problem solving skill and maximum customer satisfaction
- Willing to travel within India with short notice
- Handle local spare part inventory and reporting
- Support other region engineer on deputation on short period
- Report daily activity through what’s app / email
- Weekly/Monthly reporting to your team manager/Supervisor
- Computer knowledge and follow reporting guidelines and timing
- Generate leads for equipment from existing and new customer front
- Assist sales and clinical team in doctor workshop/CME’s (Demo Support)
- Complaint handling and follow SOP
Qualifications/Experience
B.Tech-Biomedical Engineering
2-3 years experience with medical equipment of (Preferably Dialysis Machines)
