  • Implement and monitor endpoint security, including antivirus, patching, encryption, and backup policies.
  • Onboard and offboard employees from an IT perspective, ensuring devices and access are provisioned and
    deprovisioned on schedule.
  • Maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
    Internal Tools Development & Maintenance
  • Design, build, and maintain internal web applications such as the expense reimbursement portal and HR portal,

  • Develop and maintain the demand forecasting tool, working with stakeholders to translate business logic and
    data into reliable, usable software.
  • Own the ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and incremental feature development of existing internal tools.
  • Integrate internal tools with existing systems (HRIS, accounting/finance software, databases, APIs) as needed.
  • Manage basic backend infrastructure for internal tools (databases, hosting/deployment, backups).
  • Gather requirements directly from internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Operations) and translate them into
    functional specifications.
  • Ensure internal tools meet baseline standards for data security, access control, and reliability.
  • Document internal tools’ architecture, setup, and usage for future maintainability.
    Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical
    experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an IT administration or systems administration role.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining internal tools or web applications (e.g., using
JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar, with common frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Django).
  • Working knowledge of MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace device management, or similar).
  • Experience with user account and access management (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Azure AD, or
