Job Purpose
Support talent acquisition across dialysis centers by managing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-through for junior to mid-level hiring, while ensuring timely closures and a professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across dialysis centers and related healthcare support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, local field networks, consultants, databases, and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial calls to assess fit, communication, stability, availability, location preference, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, capture feedback, and maintain momentum through the hiring cycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, interview status sheets, and closure reports with high accuracy.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates to improve offer acceptance and joining conversion while reducing drop-offs.
• Support job posting, offer rollout, document collection, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding coordination.
• Build a ready pipeline for recurring roles such as dialysis technicians, dialysis nurses, RMOs, biomedical staff, unit coordinators, and center operations staff.
Key Deliverables and KPIs
• Number of positions closed within defined timelines.
• Time to shortlist, interview coordination turnaround, and overall time to close.
• Offer to joining conversion and reduction in candidate drop-off rate.
• Accuracy and timeliness of recruitment trackers, MIS, and status reporting.
• Availability of ready candidate pipelines for critical dialysis and healthcare roles.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in dialysis, hospitals, clinics, or broader healthcare hiring.
• Exposure to hiring for roles such as dialysis technicians, nurses, RMOs, biomedical staff, front office, and center support staff preferred.
• Good understanding of sourcing through job portals, references, field networks, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management capability.
• Comfortable with Excel trackers, recruitment MIS, and multi-location hiring requirements.
