Key Responsibilities
• Drive regional revenue, volume, and account acquisition targets for dialysis center business.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with hospitals, medical colleges, trusts, corporate providers
• Lead the end to end sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and closure.
• Develop and maintain a robust regional pipeline with clear stage-wise tracking and conversion plans.
• Coordinate with operations, clinical, projects, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of new centers or contracts.
• Build strong working relationships with nephrologists, hospital management, administrators, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
• Support renewals, contract amendments, pricing discussions, and issue resolution for existing accounts.
• Track competitor activity, market pricing, policy developments, and regional demand trends to support business planning.
Key Deliverables and KPIs
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.
• Number and value of new institutional contracts signed.
• Number of dialysis centers onboarded, launched, or operationalized.
• Pipeline coverage, conversion ratio, and average sales cycle time.
• Account retention and relationship strength for strategic customers.
• Collections follow-up support and commercial closure discipline.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Strong institutional sales or business development experience in healthcare, hospitals, medtech, diagnostics, chronic care, or allied sectors.
• Good understanding of hospital buying cycles, tendering processes, and multi-stakeholder account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior exposure to dialysis, nephrology, renal care, medical devices, or managed healthcare services is preferred.
